MAKE A NEW BOARD OF ADVISORS

Put some thought into naming it. So that you’ll be able for telling at a glance what the particular board is all about. You can also choose a background for the board. That can be either a solid colour or one of the stock photos. That are available to match the board topic.

DESIGN COLUMNS FOR YOUR BOARD OF ADVISORY

Depending on the nature of your project. You may have several columns. One for all of the tasks that need to be completed. Another for tasks that you’re currently working on (either a “This Week’s Tasks” or a “Today’s Tasks” column).

My recommendation is to start with as few components as possible and only add as many as you require.

IF NEEDED, REORDER YOUR CARDS. Make sure that your cards are arranged in the master task column. In descending order of importance, with the most important and urgent tasks at the top and the least important tasks at the bottom of the list.

When it comes time to choose which tasks to complete during the week. You will be able to quickly identify as well as select the most important ones.

MAKE A TIMELINE FOR YOUR WORK

The next step was to develop a recurring schedule that would provide Annie with a very consistent rhythm and routine throughout the week.
