- Three Frosted Buttermilk Biscakes

- 1 c. of full fat milk
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
- Poultry seasoning, 1 1/2 tbsp.
- 1 medium-sized onion
- Carrots in matchstick form: 1 c.
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- Rotisserie chicken shredded into 2 cups
- Green beans, cut into 14-inch pieces, frozen
- 2 tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- Serve-yourself biscuits
Follow the package directions to make four frozen buttermilk biscuits.
Chicken stock, whole milk, flour and poultry seasoning are mixed in a large mason jar. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onion and carrots in butter until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in the milk mixture very slowly while continuing to whisk. Stir frequently as the mixture boils and simmers for 6 to 8 minutes until it thickens.
